Listen to what he is proposing, these are just very sensible things that anyone that lives in the US recognizes it needs to be done... good news is that tackling such infrastructural work also creates jobs which help in a recession. I see very little ideology and sizable amounts of goodness in what he is proposing. I would have to disagree.
